U SA   S H I P P I N G 

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1 business day, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through USPS. APO, FPO, and PO box addresses will be shipped with USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 3-5 business days for standard shipping. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. Some items may ship in separate boxes, but will not require additional shipping charges. 

Once the package has left Blush & Whimsy and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays. If your package has not been delivered, use your tracking number to contact USPS who will be able to track your package and resolve the problem. Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you. 

Please keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid.

We at Blush & Whimsy work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. Once you receive shipping notice and tracking information via email, your order can no longer be modified.

O R D E R   I S S U E S

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@herbivorebotanicals.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement or a refund. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.

In the unlikely event that a package marked as delivered is missing, we are happy to send a replacement once. Please wait 3 business days before reaching out to us. We recommend also contacting your building manager, front desk, or neighbor to assist with locating the package.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and is safe to use for the duration of their 12-month shelf-life.

Our current office hours are 10am-6pm PST seven days a week, excluding major holidays.

R E F U N D S  +  E X C H A N G E S 

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer jewelry returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. Cosmetics we are unable to offer returns (please see our policy). To return, contact us for a return label, pack the items safely back into the original packaging and place in the mail (USPS). Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed. 

If a purchase is made through an unauthorized Blush & Whimsy retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange. If you are unsure as to whether or not the retailer is authorized, please reach out to us at info@blushwhimsy.com.

Blush & Whimsy does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Blush & Whimsy. 

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.
